The it desk is not very helpful and I can IT better than that but if you're really desperate for something really easily fixed and you can get their attention for more than a minute then come here- The photocopiers in the 1st floor near the rear elevator scans documents for free, as long as you have a usb drive. Backup all important stuff!
Reference Desk : This is where the library magic happens. Awesome librarians to help you with your research, thousands of reference books, a boatload of Mac’s and PC’s and printing (color and B&W). Read more- Rare Book Room: The RBR is amazing. Thousands of books, prints, maps & other materials. Want to see the 1st edition of Graham Green’s “The Quiet American”? A working hand printing press from 1854? Go!

The library also houses the Thatcher Gallery.- Periodicals :: Art Week, Glamour, Sports Illustrated, Transactions of the American Mathematical Society? Just a sample of the 1,500 journals and magazines we have for you here at Gleeson. 2nd floor.
- Atrium :: Just one example of the great places for USF’ers to study in the library. Geschke 1st floor. Oh, and the Atrium is open 24/7 for students during the spring and fall semesters.

- Digital Collections :: Check out the digitized special collections from the Donohue Rare Book Room, USF yearbook collection (from 1910 to 2003!!) and more!
- Borrow a Laptop :: Tired of lugging your laptop all over campus? Students can stop by the Circulation desk to borrow one of our 20+ laptops (w/ wireless & applications). Free, of course.

- Group Study Rooms :: 7 total – LL, 2nd and 3rd floors. Undergraduate and graduate students can sign up for a group study room at the Circulation desk. Most whiteboards and all have wireless.
- One of the few places on campus with AC on a the rare hot day in SF.
- Thatcher Gallery :: The Thatcher Gallery is on the 1st floor and has exhibits going year-round.
- Computer Labs :: Information Technology Services (ITS) runs 2 student computer labs in the library. Printing available with your USF OneCard. 1st and 2nd floors, Gleeson.
- Writing Center :: Need help with a paper? Step up your game! The Writing Center folks are here M-Thurs 1p-4p to help you out! 1st Floor Gleeson.
