    Been here 5+ times
    Bring a big towel for floor, a little one to keep dry with & a water bottle. You will get a great workout in; your muscles will burn & you'll be sweaty. Nice peeps. PS... Use the 1lb weights first!

    the beginner class was the first barre class I'd ever taken and it was challenging, but Miquela's instruction was clear enough to follow without ever feeling lost. I will be back!

    Great workout. Wish the intro class was more than once a week. It is hard to keep track, the beginner class is more intermediate FYI.
