Be warned: if you rent from here it's not an on-site drop off / pickup, it's actually a couple miles away from the airport.

We had a problem with a rental. The service center kept giving us conflicting information. We did not get reimbursed for our taxi ride back to the airport.

Awful Hertz location, doesn't have cars or your name on the Gold board half the time. Also won't let you use the general line if you are a gold member, even if no one is in it and gold has 10 people.

Worst Hertz in the country by far! Over ten minute wait times for shuttles! I hate this place!!!!

Probably the worst Hertz for arriving passengers in the country. Be prepared to see every other shuttle at least 4 times before you get picked up
