- Pretty live, pretty loud, pretty hot (during the summer). Always something to enjoy at this major transfer point. Lower Level is downtown, middle is uptown, top are the gates. Typically always NYPD.
- Pretty good station. A lot of transfers can be made here.
- Always crowded doesn't matter what time it is, people are rude. Too many homeless people loitering around, I think the only good thing is there's always two cops at this train station.
- Long lines at the booth, usually due to jammed MetroCard, bill, coin, and/or credit/debit card slots...hence the large swiper presence here. Use other nearby stations.
- Super hot downstairs. MetroCard machines are always out of bills, so carry your credit/debit - you won't have to wait on line!
