Hilmi JohariAugust 16, 2010Operating hours: Mon - Thurs are from 830am - 6pm while Fri is from 830am - 530pm. It's closed for lunch from 1230pm-130pm and registrations closed 30min b4 each closing period.
I reached at 12pm, right before registration closes, but was turned away. They close registration earlier without prior notice when the crowd is unmanageable. Is this acceptable?
