Part high-intensity workout and part therapy - there is no way you can leave Soul Cycle without feeling inspired. The music is great too! Sign-up Mondays at noon sharp to get the best instructors.
Just had a class with Sam Y. And dayyyyummm it was fantastic. I live SoulCycle in general but wanted to extra emphasize how great this class was. Also the Tribeca studio is a great community.
Try Krista's class. She's a newer teacher, but don't be fooled. Every class she brings something new and fresh. Expect to get your ass kicked and your soul satisfied.
Friendly people and cool experience. It's not the place to burn carbs... U move so much that you will only agitate ur heart but it's definitely a must try
If a vigorous walk along the water in Battery Park doesn’t appeal, try one of SoulCycle’s 45-minute cycling classes. Count on spotting celebrities on the bikes next to you.
Loyalists love the 45-minute standard spin class (sign up early for Nick or Laurie on weekends) but I like the SoulBand class where resistance bands sculpt the upper body. -Ying Chu, Beauty Director
"Airy and light-filled with great music. Known for its indoor cycling workouts. You may even get to see Alec Baldwin in tights!" -Sean Avery, in the WSJ's Insider's Guide to New York CityRead more
Hallie and Reed have great classes! Be prepared by getting dressed before you get there and don't expect to shower if it's before 9pm. Too crowded and not enough bathroom space/showers.
don't forget socks! if it's your first time, rental shoes are for free. nick's class has great music and kym will work you hard! all the instructors are great! bring a change of clothes if you don't p Read more

Joshua's class kicked my booty! Wednesdays at 5:30! Great music, great energy and he makes you work. Other faves are Jeremy, Ayana, Akin, Kim and Krista!
Don't take Amy. Bad energy, curses quite a bit, and has a massive ego. Take Christine, who is incredible and passionate, focusing on body and mind rather than being skinny.
I enjoy Soul Cycle but today they moved my seat to a crappy seat one hour before class, without even asking me, because someone "loves" mine. Completely lame excuses by front desk, so unprofessional.
