Offbeat L.A.May 3, 2016Tiny walk-up food stand on Olvera Street specializing in taquitos, but also selling burritos. It began in the 1934 as a few picnic tables and a shed.

Walking distance from Union Station if you have some time and an appetite.- I think they are the greatest taquitos ever! I don't like avocados, but I LOVE the avocado sauce! I just tried them with cheese on top today and it was AMAZING! I always order at least 4!

Trina UnzickerMay 17, 2012I'm with Matthew - don't rule out the avocado sauce just because you think it's guacamole. It's more like a mild green salsa. Go to La Noche Buena nearby for Jimaca though...CL's is too watered down.
