- Johana TalbotAugust 28, 2015I came for my wedding anniversary, the food was amazing and the service was great. The little details like having a anniversary card for us and our names on the menu made this experience unforgettable
- Jenya SJune 19, 2016Tasting menu with wine paring is a great option to sample chef's specials. Service is amazing. They even agreed to change my desert for a savory course even though I went with a fixed tasting menu👌
- Emilie FuttermanOctober 23, 2014The Colonial cocktail is incredible. Savory, not too aromatic, absolutely delicious. Menu changes daily so won't recommend specific dishes - you can't go wrong. Good for drinks or cozy dinner.
- Adam TSeptember 24, 2014The seven course tasting menu was a really good choice in which simple classic dishes won out (scallops; a saddle of rabbit stood out). The cocktail list deserves more praise. Staff are superlative.
- New expectation set for brunch. Everything was amazing. Try the bloody verde, the "shrimp and grits" and the bacon waffles with dick confit. Great service as always.
- Christopher TaiMarch 4, 2013Colicchio says it all. The tap room has wine on tap and offers a less formal dining experience. If you dine in the taproom, order the pork belly or the coffee rubbed brisket, both are delish!
- Marianne JenningsDecember 9, 2013Great atmosphere and delicious food. The service was the best. Great attention to detail. The high line is an added plus for a walk afterwards.
- Casey RyanJuly 11, 2015For bunch I split blueberry doughnuts with my friend and I had the steak tartare for entré. The doughnuts were chewy, hot pillows of dough covered in a rich lavender-hued blueberry glaze.
- Jim CDecember 28, 2011Crab and sea urchin fondue (made with roe butter) may be the best tasting dish on the menu (has lived >20 years, originally served in the Gramercy Tavern). Oh yeah, and the service was excellent.
- Daniel BarnettOctober 21, 2014Great food but but felt rushed by over-zealous staff cleaning the table around my plate. Can a movement start where restaurants clear everyone's plate together? Its a business, I get it.
- Our favorite NYC restaurant. Try one of the seats at the grill in the Tap room. Watch the chef's work! Great beer selection at the bar!
- John WJuly 24, 2011Nothing beats a drink & a bite at the tap room bar. Scott, the great young bartender, will treat you right. Try the PHLT (pig head/lettuce/tomato): meaty, savory, satisfying. And ice cream sandwiches!
- Amy CSeptember 30, 2012The dining room is very modern and elegant. The service was excellent. Very attentive staff. Food was very good, not to mention the best freshly baked butterly bread I ever had.
- Bev HopeAugust 25, 2016Scallops entree for appetizer if you still crave something else as main course! Halibut is perfect for light dinner option to follow.
- MariannaJuly 1, 2011sweetbreads worth a try -- they are soaked and then fried to make tender and delicate. Excellent flavor on hawaiian prawns. rabbit is outstanding! And greatest gift of all: reasonably priced wine!

- Karen FrankMarch 31, 2014The pork belly dish for brunch was delicious, as is the pain perdu, and beef tartare. Ambience is great and the wait staff are friendly.
- NearSay NYCJuly 26, 2011N-Sider favorite:Guests can enjoy special dishes cooked from the wood-burning oven in the Tap Room. C&S also has a broad collection of artisan beers, as well as a distinct wine list.
- Victor GonzalezOctober 30, 2015Don't miss warm burrata and Brussels sprouts , spaghetti squash with coconut curry and the squids stuffed with chorizo
- Sarah NelsonFebruary 16, 2013The Tap Room is a less pricey option, but still has great menu and atmosphere. The burger is outstanding. Sub Brussels for chips for a better meal.
- AmateurConciergeDecember 2, 2015For tourists and big groups with expense accounts. The campanelle is amazing. Octopus was oh so tender. Skip the beef tartare.
- Monica CullenFebruary 28, 2015Buttery oysters with caviar was my favorite plate that night...the wine list is extensive but the prices are over the top.

- Arah ChoOctober 3, 2013Came here for brunch. Beautifully decorated and spacious. This place gets an A for ambience and great attentive service but the steak
- Derek FlanzraichJanuary 24, 2015Everything was terrific here, despite the price. The Squid Ink Campanelle blew my mind-- it's a must get!
- Ashley RoseJune 26, 2015The space is very cool/ bathrooms were under maintained. The watermelon salad was just the right amount of spicy and chicken was crispy.
- Lillian CheungMay 10, 2015Love the decor and very spacious dining room. Portions are appetizer size so they recommend 3 per person.
- Joao Veloso JrAugust 16, 2015It could be Craft, Craft Steak or Colicchio & Sons... I never had any bad or unpleasing experience when at a Colicchio restaurant.
- Justin BartonJuly 22, 2016The Tap Room menu isn't large, but it is good. The ambiance is great and the service was enjoyable.
- DailyCandyFebruary 4, 2013The more casual, front Tap Room serves meats and vegetables roasted in a wood-burning oven. Read more
- Serious EatsMarch 5, 2013We prefer the less formal tap room up front, where the prices are gentler but the food is just as good.
- Rosemary Raposo JordaFebruary 17, 2013Get the chefs seven course tasting menu. It's worth every minute of it!!

- Catherine C.October 26, 2013Favorite fall/winter brunch spot! Order the tomato pizza or BLT with the bloody verde!
- The Wall Street JournalJuly 26, 2010The menu offers lamb and roasted daurade fish, but the most popular items are the roast-pork sandwiches and three kinds of pizzas, cooked by the glow of a wood-burning oven. Read more

- Neil WalkerSeptember 30, 2013A regular at Michelin starred restaurants, Colicchio & Sons exceeded expectations. Superb food , excellent service.
- Open Air PublishingApril 16, 2012The Bacon, Rosemary, and Parmesan Scones are yummy! If you agree, check out "The Better Bacon Book" created for iPads to find the recipe from chef Stephen Carlucci
http://bit.ly/foursq_bacon - Amanda LiFebruary 15, 2010Get the Roasted Root Vegetables with Ricotta and Truffle Honey - simply delicious! For dessert, get the Banana Upside-Down Cake - warm cake, salty pecans, sweet caramel, and cold ice cream.
- Ana AlanisOctober 24, 2011Risotto and halibut. Don't forget dessert: Banana cake. It's a great gourmet version of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
