- Absolutely the cleanest NYSC location I've ever seen! Never too crowded. Best time to go is early morning. 5-7 pm can be a little tight but I've never had to wait in line for anything.
- Make sure you leave your nasty wet towels all over the benches and floor. Because other people love cleaning up after you, and it's really unfair that you have to carry them a whole 10 feet, amiright?
- Zumba on Friday nights and the Saturday mornings are great also the spinning on Tuesdays love it......Come early in the morning or after 8pm not too crowded
- Anıl ÇetSeptember 12, 2015The guy is awesome, im from another country so i asked about daily workout, coz i'll stay here just for 4 days, then guy give to me free 1 day trial card. Thank you so much.
- SK Energy ShotsApril 7, 2012SK Energy Tip: Get a workout partner and commit to each other to make sure that you get your workouts in. Have each of you drink a SK first and see who brings the energy the longest.
- Great local gym. Lots of nice equipment to get a solid workout. Staff is friendly too.
- Beware the Bird Man: there's a muscular dude here almost every evening who makes loud bird squawking noises as he works out. Very distracting if you happen to be working out next to him!
- Great spot. Try to not arrive at 6ish as it is usually packed.
- Kalvern PrassJune 23, 2015Very accessible, and 9 times out of 10 you won't have to wait for equipment.
- Awesome. Ask for Keith Jones to be your personal trainer. He will kick your butt but the results are worth it. :-)
- KamaOctober 11, 2013Bring your own mat. NYSC doesn't require members to wear shoes or socks in the group fitness rooms. So unless you want to catch athlete's foot or a plantar wart, avoid their mats at all cost.
- Yes. Please put your weights away and wipe down your sweaty machine when done! Kthxbai
- Premansh VashishtaMay 4, 2013Put the weights back to their place, if you can't follow you can't respect working out.
- Elizabeth Acosta-RayosDecember 18, 2011I don't know her name, but the women who teaches yoga here @ 2 pm is great!
- To the guy who puts guy liner on in the locker room, try cleaning up the scraps after sharpening you guy liner pencil!
- This place is filthy and they refuse to do a decent cleaning job. Dust bunnies in the treadmills for YEARS!
- They have no way for members to report broken equipment - ask how to report a broken machine and you'll see what I mean
- Consistently gotten more disgusting over time. Did the cleaning crew quit?
- Sarah AbdelmeguidDecember 19, 2018Extra cancellation charges 45 days out from an avoidant manager named Kelly...over 150 in charges for cancelling the membership. Crooks!
- Equipment is often broken, the elypticals aren't even on level ground, and repairs take months to complete. AVOID
- Work on your cardio first then lift weights for better muscle results
- Sideways Stairmaster Guy: I know the machine appreciates the shower u just gave it; just remember next time to dry it off when ur done please. #gross. -Gym Patrons
- Horrible. Impossible to report broken equipment, staff couldn't care less.
- What happened to gym etiquette? People not allowing others to work in, leaving heavy weights and other equipment where it doesn't belong, not wiping down machines. Not cool...
