Great way to challenge your limits and cleanse your soul. Remember to drink lots of water throughout the day and do yourself a favor... don't eat right before class. and DON'T GIVE UP! :)

The best Bikram studio in DC. On weekends they usually serve fruit after class :)

Good studio...the yoga is really exhausting in the heat. Try it in the cold!
