    The building is built on top and down a cliff towards riverside drive. The lobby is on the 10th floor. Single elevator in lobby goes to all floors. Used to be old psych ward!

    the elevators right in front as you walk in only bring you down. I've seen many people get upset when they realize this.

    Elevators to go up are around the corner to the left of the elevators that go down.
