Jared GrantNovember 5, 2012Hurricane Sandy Peeps: 1) Get the NY Waterway app to pre-buy tickets; 2) WFC line is against the railing, midtown ferry is the inside line closer to the street. Hopefully this will help speedy travel

You may beat the PATH crowds but you'll pay for the privilege.- Post Sandy: ferry lines are ok, everyone was able to get on the 8am boats to WFC & 39th just need tickets in advance. NY Waterway mobile app worked flawlessly.
Avoid the ticket lines and get the NY Waterway app to book tickets in advance and on your phone. WFC ferries leave from #7.
Boats almost always leave exactly to the minute as scheduled so be on time! Ticket counter can get long lines
On the weekends, it will take you $4 and 5 mins one-way to hop across the Hudson.
Sean RutherfordApril 5, 2014Weekend trips to WFC only $2.50 since PATH is closed every weekend from now until 2015. Currently test program from Port Authority. Use it or lose it people!
Hands down the best way to get to work in morning. But it's expensive! And sometimes the buses are slow!

Good, quick service to Pier 11 (wall st), WFC, and 39th St. No weekend ferries. Not cheap.
