Fran LaraAugust 21, 2014It's cheap and it's a good move the possibility of going when you want. It's open 24/7. Try to avoid the peak hours and you won't have to wait for the machines or the dumbbells. Avoid the mirrors too!
It isn't too big and doesn't have all the fancy machines that, for example, the Mc fit in Wedding has. But, it is less sparse and has everything that is needed for weight training.
I've seen this place deteriorate over the past 3 years. Broken cabinets, increasingly unsanitary conditions, and the showers have been closed multiple times now, once for an entire week. Ridiculous!

RayJay_OGJune 5, 2013Ab 14 Uhr brutal überfüllt, Weekends geht gar nix. Viele Poser und Spiegelaffen die kleine Arnis verschluckt haben. Am besten in der Früh gehen da ist es weniger voll. Ansonsten die üblichen Geräte- Das Posen vor dem Spiegel zwischen den Übungen scheint zum guten Ton zu gehören.
