    The R and M trains end and begin their runs here so they sit in the station spewing hot air when their air conditioning is on.

    Chase Bank is on the SE Subway Exit (by the Northbound Q23/Eastbound Q60 Bus Stop), Subways and a Corner Store (named Smoke Shop) is also there... A fruit stand is also nearby just past the Hot Cart..

    The homeless man that is always outside both sides of the Hillside and Parsons exit of the Parsons Blvd Station, he's here too. Watch out for him! He'll ask for a dollar, DON'T!
