Great gym. I do all of my powerlifting and accessories here. Not really crowded unless you’re there during peak hours which are 6:30-7:30. Great weight rack setup and the have power bars !
Now with Crossfit, although it really impacts the space and equipment available to other clients.
It's really just a treadmill/cardio place. They are missing a lot of standard equipment and the weight area is easily overcrowded. Wouldn't join unless you like their classes or just want to do card
Reception is terrible here, log into the WiFi. Nothing standout about this gym, most just a cardiofarm that’ll get the job done. Expect plenty of people that don’t wear deodorant though.
If you are interested in personal training, try Jeremy E. He will definitely keep you on your toes, keep it changing--and keep you sore! :)
Stephen Humes is a terrific trainer. He gets results.
I heard someone say that the advertised rate is 49.95 - don't pay that. I'm paying $30. Negotiate. It's a gym and with this economy they're lucky to have you
I'm paying $30/mo. Haggle them down to at least that low. I wonder how low will they go?
