Shorten pharmacy waiting time. On busy days (lots of patients outside each clinic), get a queue number right after consultation. When u r done with payment, fixing appointments, etc, it'll be timely
- Vehicle Cashcard top-up kiosk is immediately to your right, as u enter the main entrance. There's even a public payphone next to it :-)
- Free transport between NSC & Square 2 (where Novena MRT is), Mon-Fri, 7:30am-6:30pm. Every 15 mins

Wai MinFebruary 18, 2014Don't turn up early cause you'll need to wait anyway! They go by your appointment sequence instead of you allocated time. Damn all late comers!
Shiny and new main entrance located 60 steps beyond~ Clinics are all renamed and numbers are all tweaked~
Yola .July 5, 2012excellent service. as soon as you walk in, scan of card, and you know right away where to go and wait. That's why it's expensive.- They now collect $10 deposit until you get discharged, if cancelling review need 3 days in advance 😳😳😳

Ask for your repeat to be placed inside the plastic bag before they seal it!
DavidMay 20, 2010The best place to get a cab is out the back exit through the carpark. You will catch empty cabs leaving Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Don't be late,chances are you will be bumped to the next batch of patients,late for 15mins and waited for near 90 minutes!

- Naturally lotsa skincare-related products for sale to the public @ their pharmacy. Not necessarily cheaper though :-(
