Nice kid friendly room. Housekeeping is fast when you have requests for additional pillows and towels. All children get a free welcome pack.

If you are driving here, drop your passengers at the hotel entrance first and park your car at the Hard Rock Hotel (west carpark). Do not park at the east carpark unless you enjoy carpark maze walk

Good hotel for families. Other than that, nothing spectacular about staying here. Bad customer service, bad internet connections from all 3 major telcos and bad food. Tourists please stay away.

Balcony door is spoilt even after the technician came to fix. Fridge also spoilt. No floor mat provided, no face towel or hand towel provided. Floor is very dusty and dirty. Not worth the price.

Not impressive; feels more like an overcharging 3-star. Touted to be kid-friendly, but choice of food for kids from room service is limited. Room lacks amenities. Would pay more to stay elsewhere.

Ladder to the bunk bed in the family room is steep. Water from the shower head gushes everywhere. Bath tub is very high and difficult to get into.

One of the worst hotel in RWS. You can never reach the concierge from your room and the front desk always behaves like you owe them tonnes of money.

One of the three currently open hotels in Resort World Sentosa. Closer to USS because of direct entrance to Festive Walk, however, more expensive room rates than Hard Rock Hotel next door.

We booked adjoining suites so our kids could stay next door to us but when we checked in no adjoining rooms available! Very disappointing! Hopefully just teething problems!!

checked into level 6 loft room, greeted with unflushed toilet and water stain marks on the bedside table. pales in comparison to Hard Rock.

Reception service not that's much I pay more than HardRock to get better service as friends said don't ask them any Q front desk very bad .. wifi very slow and expansive 35 per night each device

Had a bad experience with this hotel. Toilet was dirty, we encountered a clogged drainage. Hotel staff seems not properly trained in sanitation. No free WiFi for check in guest!

The Reception is very slow. It took about 40minutes alone to check in and get the room key.

The room is super! Not a good service thou. The cleaning service didn't slean the glasses and trash bin!
