Cheap Italian chain so you don't necessarily expect much, but the service here is *painfully* slow. Waiting an hour for food and counting...

Cannot correlate the previous comment about dreadful service. Food was OK and service was not dreaful. Wasn't spectacular but nothing I wouldn't expect from somewhere like Pizza Express.

Awful restaurant, saw a member of staff sneeze into a cloth they were using to wipe a surface and then continue to clean with it

Avoid! Dreadful pizza made with cheap mozzarella - just cheap and horrid! Much better Italian restaurant on Maple Road Da Lucios

Staff routinely surly and food frequently poorly cooked. It's a shame as it's such a pretty venue but you'll regret coming once you get the food.

Avoid! Service is dreadful and staff are rude. Some of the food is ok but some dishes were burnt or incomplete. Try the other Italian restaurant just down the road...
