Long waits for the drive-in regardless of how many people are in line. Communicate with your staff to see what’s going on- there are apparent issues happening.

Slow as molasses in January! They could prepare a 3 course meal in the time u r in line for a burger. The manager does not respond to calls, so don't bother.
