On Brooklyn bound trains, the exit is in the front. On Queens bound trains, the exit is in the back.- My goal is climb all those stairs every morning for good exercise! But first the goal is to quit smoking
0zzzyOctober 19, 2011(Q) train to stop here after 2016 (2nd Avenue Subway).When you are in the station, the Orange wall to the side is fake and will / is being broken down to show the 2nd Avenue Subway Platform.
It is actually 13 flights of stairs to street level.
- I wrote in 2018 that the elevator system here sucked! Sadly it is 2019 and nothing has been done to make it any better!
How far is Hell & back with these stairs...good workout though.
