Awful. Dropped company truck off at 9:30 am for 5K oil change. Was told the truck was ready at 4:30 pm. By 6 pm, still waiting. They lost the oil cap, said there wasn't one on the '13 truck. Avoid!

Definitely make an appointment. Avoid this place if possible.
