- GiulyGinevraB.October 3, 2015One of the best view to have a dinner or a romantic date. Nice afternoon tea. Only bad thing: STAFF!!! They're not good and they totally unable to serve the client, they should be perfect in this place
- Henry YapMarch 14, 2015Though the outdoor settings are not opened when time I visited due to the congress; the food quality and services are great!
- Ashley LewisNovember 28, 2013Phenomenal view from the bar lounge. Great service, great food. Try a Capital Martini and get your drink in one of their funky martini glasses.
- Paddy DaltonApril 15, 2013Great decor, fabulous views towards Tiananmen Square, excellent food. A great escape from the noise of Beijing
- Sophia SkinbjergMay 2, 2016Crackling pig was incredible with pavlova for dessert. Excellent for people with allergies. Best meal in Beijing so far.
- Conrad Hotels & ResortsMarch 21, 2016Enjoy a magnificent dinner and indulge in a Dragon's Pearl cocktail while witnessing incredible views atop a Ming Dynasty tower, once guarding the Forbidden City. Read more
- Jim BaileyAugust 20, 2015Not easy to find. View was ok and not what advertised. Food was very good. Enjoyed suckling pig with a mojito that was a nice way to end a long busy day.
- Joanna SongMay 6, 2016Located right behind of Forbidden city, Capital M is a nice place to visit and have a drink. But the food there was horrible. I spent more than 2500RMB and they served the WORST food in Beijing.

- Maik LutzeOctober 16, 2011Not at all difficult to find. Entrance on the left of the building with endlessly many signs. Take the elevator and enter a tasty world of 1920s-meets-today. Divine!
- Jayzen PatriaSeptember 8, 2011Seems hard to find and then when you get there you'll be like duh! On the east side of the street. Look up at the first bldg on Quennmen St and you'll see the manicured terrace. Go to the back 2 enter
- GunnarOctober 8, 2011It is the first building in the street on the left (opposite Starbucks). Find an entrance at its sides and make it to the third floor. Don't look for any signs-there are none. Once you found it: enjoy
- Jennifer NgJuly 12, 2015For a fancy restaurant, food was sloppy. Schnitzel served with a pool of oil and soggy coating. Lemon soufflé looked pretty but was too sweet. Quality seems forfeited for presentation.
- Md WongAugust 3, 2014It wasn't the most obvious find, but there are signs at the very far corner on the left. It is on a fence, and the only way up to the third floor. The food was ok, but the pavlova was spectacular.
- Of course Pavlova here is amazing, but for a change try Nisha's Mille Feulle - so much butterscotch awesomeness!
- Andrea FirleyAugust 17, 2013Spectacular view on Tian'anmen, nice terrace. Just be prepared for European prices.
- Russell ShadyMay 9, 2011Great view if the Forbidden City from the patio. Be sure to try the pavlova for dessert!!
- Back here first time in 5 months and realized that management has changed. Services deteriorated, even it sounds impossible if you had been here before. The waiter, Gazee, was very nice though.
- Luke DuanDecember 19, 2012I learnt it's a French restaurant, not Australian. But good atmosphere and nice food there.
- Alex BosworthDecember 23, 2011Not as good food as Maison Boulud but you can have a nice view if you get a good table and it isn't a 'misty' day
- Great restaurant, great staff, wonderful place to take guests.
- Great view , good high tea and smoke salmon is really good !
- Maria ZaytsevaAugust 9, 2017Average place with an overpriced food/drinks. The view is not spectacular even at night and I won't be returning neither recommending this place to anybody. Wasn't worth the money at all.
