It's great providing that the you avoid the breakfast, lunch and early evening rush. The queue moves amazingly fast, but runs right around the store. If too busy for you, there's a Tesco nextdoor

Secret tip: Looking for a bargain? Come here on Sunday 5:30-6PM, which is when everything is reduced. Downside: Competing with a certain pushy non-local and his extended family for reduced items 😒

The self checkouts don't take cash. The guys at the meat counter are happy to give help and advice; take them up on it and explore some exotic cuts!

You can buy goods online from John Lewis and pick them up at this Waitrose for free. If you order before 7pm you can pick up the next day.

John Lewis orders can be picked up from the welcome desk: it's not very well signposted within the store.

cous cous and goat cheese salad is a regular staple of mine, followed by an alabi pretox, and then a sugar free red bull.

Go shop there! Love it - Farringdon has needed a proper grocery store instead of all these locals! Beats the nearby Tesco by a mile!

Avoid shopping between 1-2pm. The queue goes round the whole store, although it does move fast

If you're using for lunch it is much less crowded between 12-12.45pm. After that the queues get pretty long.

Sometimes the queue looks like it spans the Earth...but it has never taken more then 10 mins to clear for me. Stick with it ;-)
