The hotel is beautiful.. The staff is amazing and super friendly and extremely helpful... Dinner and breakfast is amazing too... I will definitely stay here again when I come back
Vinny ZembruzskiFebruary 5, 2014Don't miss the free dinner Monday-Thursday. And if you like beer, make sure you try the Mac and Jack's African Amber. It is a local brew from Redmond, WA. It is fantastic!

Nice place to stay if you are catching an event at the Paramount Theatre or Seattle Convention Center. Parking is valet only. 6/10.
This hotel is currently (May 2017) under renovation including one of two elevators. One morning the other one was out of service. So stairs were only option. Staff and location are good.- Terry BlackJune 23, 2016The room and staff were all great other than the male associate that checked us in. First time we were not acknowledged as a gold member or even offered a bottle of water.

Andrew WaughAugust 31, 2011Very nice rooms. Very efficient and courteous staff. Found the room in Priceline for 75 bucks on one day's notice. What's not to like?- Fantastic location at a great price! Breakfast wasn't so great though...
Rooms facing west are pretty loud in the living area (balcony doors must be thin) but bedroom noise level is just fine.

Rooms are dirty, beat up and out of date. Not worth the price as there are far better Hilton properties in Seattle.
