5 Feb 2016: Orange-shopping before weekend pre-CNY crowd starts from Friday night. Glad I make the trip all the way to Vivocity, more value-for-money and pleasant choices here than at Fairprice@TPY.

Probably not the first thing on anyone's list going to Giant, but the bakery serves awesome doughnuts. Crunchy sugar, satisfying chomp, mild cinnamon somewhere in between. Sh-sh-sh-sugar!

Giant Vivomart is the biggest hypermarket at the harbor front. You can get all your necessities here. Happy Shopping!

One of the biggest and complete hypermarket in Singapore. And its huge. You can get what your needs from freshes, vegetables, dried foods, personal needs, certain electronics and furnitures.... woah.

checkout queues are usually shorter at level 1. The "Express" checkout counters at B2 are useless, take as long as normal counters with trolley

The so-called Express Counters are not faster than the normal ones. Instead of trolleys some buggers fill 3 baskets and block everything.

Party ice: Rdy packs of ice can b picked up behind d "Chilled Drinks" fridge. Near checkout counter 11/13, wine area.

Service for the Seafood section is damn bad. They make u wait for a long time den weight the seafood for u. They juz treat u like invisible!

Big n crowded! If you're taking public transport esp a cab home, dream on. 2 hrs of waiting is what u get!
