Well organized studio with all the amenities PLUS free bottled water, fresh fruit and towels. Oh and their lockers have outlets to charge you're phone while you workout.
Best cardio classes in the world. First session is free
My least favorite studio with the least helpful staff.But,this studio offers the most class times. UWS,Lincoln square,and Chelsea studios are better. The staff at those locations are helpful and nice
My favourite workout in the city. Always gunning to climb higher on the torqboard (always shoot for at least 250 power per class or you're not working hard enough!) Kara, Grant, and Danny are the best
Great studio for cycling (and barre if you are into that). Love the digital and tracking aspects of the bike. Just renovated locker rooms and they're beautiful. Johnny is. Great instructor.
Bliss shower products, free bottled water and apples/bananas for post snack provided. Spin shoes provided. I like that the seats are wider than other spin classes and don't hurt my ass
Well + GoodFebruary 14, 2012We love the stadium seating (not a bad bike in the house), the technology package, and the DJ mixed music. Holly and Kate are our fave instructors. Free water and shoe rentals complete the package.
Allison's 530pm wends is reason enough to sit by a comp at 5 pm on Sundays for registration to open. Leave mid stretching to avoid rush in locker area. Very confined small space...very sweaty riders

Valerie SSeptember 20, 2017Staff is super friendly and the space is very clean. Only complaint is that the spin room is a little cramped and acoustics could be better compared to other locations.
Amanda's Flybarre classes are great! Good music and she remembers names to encourage you throughout the class. Khori for Flybarre Sport!

Renovated and it looks so good! Dedicated men and women's shower areas stocked with Bliss Lemon and Sage products feel like a post-ride prize.

If you're going to shower here after your workout, make it quick. For your sake. Hot water is a hot commodity and doesn't last long.

Best and most intense cardio workout around...vastly superior to Soul Cycle. Not even close.
These classes will not only change your life, but your body. Jesse, Grant, Chris, Danielle and Ryan are all a must try.
Way better than Soul cycle in Union Sq. Bigger cleaner space + Free shoe rentals and water. Digital bikes makes it harder to cheat!

Do your best to make it on the board, but don't feel bad if you don't because these classes will kick your butt.
Best workout. The instructors push you, but you feel amazing when you walk out.
