Make sure that you handle the payment of your service/repair ASAP or Tom Wood will drag it out forever...then you may have to take time from your job to handle it in person TWO months later.

Worst service dept, esp. the rude guy I dealt with. towed my freestyle to Don Hinds Ford 4 repair, shady sales people & wife's terrible experiences. Will never spend a dime there #UShouldntEither
