Open 24 hours so try shopping after 10:30pm and avoid all the crowds and queues. Actually kind of peaceful.
Can get very busy... Cheaper petrol at the big roundabout close by from Asda, Sainsburys & Shell
Mike KellyFebruary 24, 2012This is a MASSIVE store, with LOTS of electrical items, food and clothing. Look for whatever you from here first.
In the process of refurbishment, they've completely screwed it up; far less on offer than before. What a disaster!
Nick LansleyApril 7, 2012This is a huge place & most customers go down the central aisle then left to the food aisles so end up in queues at the far-end checkouts. Head back to the lower-numbered checkouts for faster exit.
- Open midnight Sun to midnight Saturday and 10-4 Sundays
Bring tokens/pound coins once more as you need them again for all the trolleys
Scan and pay not worth the bother they say they do random checks of your shopping but being checked every time you use it does not feel random to me!
- Usual hours 0600 Mon -24hrs till Sat 10pm - then 10 to 4 Sundays
- Terrible queues again tonight. It's Sainsbury's for me next week!
