Pam is an awesome and energetic instructor. Check out any of her classes & you will definitely have fun.
From hours 7am -4 Pm It isn’t so packed . 4-9pm is really crowded and there’s literally no machines available for you to workout
Equipments aren't well maintained. Not a lot of floor mats and there are only five med balls. The weights aren't racked properly.
Guys... re rack your weights please... it's hard to work out if we can't find our weights, cuz it's a total mess.... thanx
