Don't be put off by a less than stellar 4square rating. This pub has since been overhauled with meantime and craft beers and a new chef serving gastro. Combined with its riverside location it's a hit.Upvoted 3 weeks ago

Incredible old-pub atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food, and relatively affordable. Can't beat it as pubs south of the river go.

Like this pub a lot. Great sitting by the river on a sunny day. Or in the window upstairs the rest of the time. You have to order food and drink separately. They need more mid-range lunch options.- Great food, cosy interior, above average menu, Meantime beers

Lovely spot, nice interior, friendly service and food was lovely. A perfect spot for lunch....and going to try dinner soon.
Good beers and good food. Pretty cool when the weather is nice as you can drink by the dirty old river.

Look for the secret drawer in one of the tables upstairs which contains random letters and notes by randomers

Lovely interior, relaxed atmosphere, great selection of drinks, views of the river. What more can you ask for? One of the best pubs in London.
