If getting a passport make sure you copy everything before going and bring cash or money order to pay. Also I wouldn't trust them mailing your passport back to u many people say it gets lost.

Be ready to spend at least 2 hours for passport processing. And make sure you make copies of all the required documents before you go or else it will cost you $0.25 per copy.

Bring cash and a self addressed flat rate envelope so you won't have to come back; just have them mail you your docs.

Slower than the DMV. Only one window for passports. Windows for cashier and information, but they're not helping. Bring a book! Serenity now!!!

Make sure to bring enough CASH! They accept money orders but only if it is for the correct amount. They also only accept company checks not, I repeat, NOT personal checks.

If the guy at the passport window tells you to go to the basement, don't do it. There's no one down there and it's creepy. He really means to say, go down to the lobby.

The morning rush is awful, expect about a 2 hr wait. Better come in the afternoon if you don't mind picking up your documents the next day.

They are so irresponsible and disorganize! They even lost or misplaced the document they suppose to notarize and they would say casually that they cant remember because they process a lot of papers
