Monday, Wednesday & Friday cycling at 5:30 am is so worth it! Set your alarm and get off to a great start for the day! As a health insurance agent I find this makes all the difference in my day.
It's an older gym. Time for refurbish. With other gyms in area, it's a cash cow just maintaining Eft base. Bring a towel and keep expectation low and you won't be disappointed.- Arrive at least 15 mins early for the cycling class, otherwise you won't get a spot! Come early in the am to avoid the evening rush it's gets super packed after 5
If you get here boug noon or real late best time 4-6 forget it
If you want a star workout with quick results ask for Kim here. She's one bad ass trainer.
If you weigh more than 180, you can't run on the treadmills. Failure! Funny that when I weighed 260 it was fine, but now that I weigh less I can't run on them without them faulting out
Kids club is terrible. They won't even let parents stay with their child even for just a few minutes. The check in process stinks. Don't waste your time with this feature.
Drop off the car for an oil change and get a work out while you are waiting!
