Good location not far to King's Cross for reasonable price, nothing special but for couple nights it's decent with friendly staff. Doors a bit loud so worth getting ear plugs if sensitive to sound.

Walkable distance from King Cross station. I stay for 6 nights, there are the problems with hot water almost everyday.. either weak or none!

The first floor is split into two because it’s on a slope! If your room numbers are in the 1000s it involves taking a lift then taking stairs half a flight down!

London is not best known for its hotels... This one is no exception. But I have to say it's way better than what I read about it! It is an old building that would need to be fresh cleaned, but it's ok

Good staff and rooms, no aircon, in summer not suitable, walkable distance to Kings Cross station and many good restaurants around.

I've gone off the place. Rooms are in serious need of a refurb, the breakfast isn't great and goes cold quickly and the staff are very hit and miss.

just refurbishing. staff friendly. room is compact but fine. some noise when deliveries start but every guest seems fine. Don't worry about the past review travlodge are sorting

Very basic and outdated hotel which could do with some much needed renovation, but the close proximity to Kings Cross Station and the friendly staff make it an acceptable and relatively cheap hotel.

Ask for a quiet room, give breakfast a miss and beware of the hoards of European students. Apart from that its ok as travelodges go.

This place needs an urgent refit. Room hygiene & staff R appalling! "Be sure to complain on the day, I saw a number of people obtain refunds"! Not a place 2 stay if u want a good nights sleep:(

Really old place, half of the lights in the hallway do not work. Spring mattress very very soft, no support. Get free wifi down in the lobby

I stayed and slept very well. Well if u need somewhere to put your head down, then all you need is a bed. A toilet, bath/shower that works. Oh and tv job done. Don't slag it off DON'T STAY HERE.

Cheap but not a bargain,The mattress on the bed was broken, there was blood on the shower curtain and everything was just a little bit grubby

Rough round edges cheap hotel. But fine for sub 50 pound room in central london. Bed comfy, room , warm ,clean and Quiet. Shower and Tv (USB port)new. Only uht milk. Would book again.

A nice building in an ideal location, stone throw away from popular attractions and transport like Kings Cross n the Thames. Nice room with everything and all in great condition. Value for money

Sehr gute Lage! Umgeben von Shops, Restaurants und perfekte Verkehrsanbindung. Frühstück okay! Sauber. Dünne Wände (laut) und WLAN nur 30 min / Tag kostenfrei

Not really so bad it's not Hilton but it's not a "Formule1 hotel" - idéal comme point de chute. Déjeuner acceptable. Plats du soir à un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Camere piccole e davvero poco pulite. La cosa più assurda è che non esiste il riassetto giornaliero e il cambio degli asciugamani è solo saltuario. Buona posizione ma non ci tornerei.
