BobAugust 5, 2013Had a great experience at this hotel. We had a very small issue and the front desk jumped through hoops to make sure we were happy. Best customer service I've received in a long time that's for sure.
Came here for a convention, the staff was willing to jump through hoops to get us an earlier check in time, the rooms lovely, the gym is new, the pool was great, and I love the new lobby.
Free wifi and nice new European style bathrooms with nice shower heads and comfortable beds. Get over parking it costs everywhere near the airport and remodel is no fun....

Sam B.January 18, 2013Bed is like a rock--which is OK if you're buying a Chevy, but not so much if you are looking for a good night's sleep. I wish I had known they were remodeling: I would have stayed somewhere else.
Sue BOctober 8, 2010Parking is pricey, so if you do not need a rental don't get one. With that, the public transportation (train) is about 2 blocks from the main entrance.
- Steve MannSeptember 4, 2013Bathroom new, bedroom a dump, curtains dirty, floor dirty and this is what they gave to an IHG Platinum Ambassador, no offer of an upgrade, lucky to get a bottle of water, really Shitty Holiday Inn.
