Look for Louis, he's been my stylist since 1995 & is prob the most senior one here. All my friends get their hair cut by him too. Great hairdresser, pleasant disposition, knows the latest trends.

PART 1: DO NOT ASK FOR ANN. She is terribly unprofessional. I have cut my hair at REDS three times. The first time I asked for Ann and she cut my hair perfectly fine.

I've been to many hairstylists, but Reds still understands my hair best and they have an innate understanding of Asian hair!!

PART 2: Thinking she was a reliable hairstylist I asked her the second time around. When I got to the salon, she told me she was too busy to cut my hair and assigned me to someone else. That's fine.

PART 7: am a young customer that only pays $40 bucks for hairdressing services. Perhaps it is because I don't spend $300 each visit. Maybe the services I can pay for isn't worth her time.

Receptionist had a horrible attitude. Stylist Keith lee was good. Wouldn't patronize again unless the receptionist is changed. Had a 15% discount and she provided 15% service max!
