One of the original barre places in DC, so support your local business! Class style totally depends on teacher. Kelly (dancer background) less intense, less cardio, more toning.

Rachel and Charmaine are the best teachers at this studio. The others are good but I really look forward to class as a break in my day when these two are teaching.

You have to dial at the front of the building to be let in to the third floor studio.
