They heard our complaints and have turned it around...they no longer charge for loaner cars if your BMW or Mini us still under warranty, even though I did not get my car here. Super friendly, too. <3

I often go out of my way to have my car serviced here-- where I purchased it. Even though there is a MINI closer to home base... There is never a lack of loaners at Bob Smith unlike the other place

Nice area. The workers there will do anything to make money off of you. Even though bmw cost a lot. Atmosphere is nice though. I would not get my clear services there, I rather go to century west bmw.

They are crooks. I got a much better price at Center BMW. Would not recommend this dealership.

Highest priced BMW's on the planet. And if you don't buy from them, you can't get a free loan car when you have your car serviced. BMW reimburses the service dept. so why so short-sighted? They make
