The concierge manages the lobby traffic very well, esp @ kiosk for boarding passes. If there's a wait at the kiosk, the concierge comes over with an iPad & prints the boarding pass for you!- There's just something super sexy about hotel bars :) Great late night spot, if you have some time to kill, and want a great martini.
This hotel is so nice! I love it! I'm in the King Baron Suite and have the most amazing view of uptown and the garden tub with jets is really relaxing.

Serious renovations/upgrades are needed. Stale, dark and old decor. No flat screen TVs, no multiple oulets, tiny bathubs. Its 2012!
