Brian PAugust 2, 2016Hotel is very nice. Location is not great. King room with big TV, a good gym however my digital key didn't get sent. The executive lounge on 14 has a limited selection for HH & breakfast.- William DavisNovember 21, 2014Great facilities, restaurant and lobby bar. Also, the gift shop has a great variety, quality items, reasonable prices with helpful sales associate.
- Fitness center only has cardio and free weights and pool small and not relaxing since located next to freeway, also pool has weird access, u need to exit hotel to enter anybody can go to it

Agree on the bar/restaurant. Got in late, front desk told me room service/bar serves til 11. Go to bar to order food and the "nice" lady tells me no one has been there in an hour. Do I care?!?

Nice staff. But listening to the freeway and doors shutting hard all night does not make for great sleeping. Needs better insulation.
Chris WellsFebruary 22, 2013bartender with one hand who left the bar for 15 minutes at a time to go do room service. The restaurant is pathetic. Took 25 minutes for the lone waiter to take our order. Everything tased like feet
staff could be more proactive and customer centric
- Hallways smell like an old lady's perfume. Awful freeway noise in room that faces it. Suuuuuuuper small bathroom area.
Have a nice staff. The parking lot is not safe. My car window was broken to steal my gps.

This property is definitely not worthy of the Hilton distinction.The lunch buffet is horrible.
