Handicap friendly rooms. We had no problems when staying here. It's a nice hotel in a great location. Reliant stadium is next door. Md Anderson is only a few minutes away.

Everytime I stay at the crowne plaza hotel on southwest fwy the thermostats are always jacked off and I come to this hotel frequently it's too soon to tell if the room I'm in now is busted but it will- #Very comfortable hotel. Thank you Crown Plaza for taking such good care of Lou while he was here for 3 weeks going to MDA
Terri Firebaugh HayleyApril 28, 2013Very kind staff, but lack training. Hotel is comfortable enough. Needs to be modernized - 7' ceilings, popcorn ceilings, hair dryer in a bag hanging on bathroom door, etc.- Rooms in tower are real nice and so os the restaurant. Back rooms are old and outdated
Check at the front desk. During the day, there's a free shuttle (just give a tip) to take you places within five miles of the property. There IS a charge for airport shuttle.

Chris VitaleJune 12, 2015Filth. Stay away. Staff is friendly enough but the hotel is completely filthy. Disgustingly so. I was here for a convention and that went well, the lobby is nice but guest rooms are old and small.

No running water? Pee in my toilet + seat up.....& Unfriendly staff. Ick
