The steak is perfect. Signature fried rice are good too, the rice texture is a little bit like sticky rice dumpling. Salted egg crab are tasty. Will surely come back to try the lamb.

OMG! Delicious lamb steak is tender and easily chewable or cuttable by metal spoon 😍👍👍 Eventhough its at S$7 per piece, but its flavour and texture is done much nicer than many other restaurants.

The flavour of this Tze Char restaurant's version of Prawn Paste Chicken ( 虾酱鸡 / Har Cheong Gai ) is just nice and tender meat soft enough for me to chew. Delicious :-9

Try the beef! Chili crab was too spicy for me. But could see my friends enjoying the crab so much. Mindful its outdoor dining. Be sure you can stand the heat lol

This Tze Char restaurant's version of 三色蛋 (assorted eggs) in broth comes with Spinach, Mushroom and Wolfberries. Its colourful and nice. I like :-)

My favorite restaurant in Singapore hands down. The fried beef is a must. Egg yolk squid is also great as is the foie gras skewer. Jumbo sri lankan crabs are great--regular crabs mediocre.

Want wine with your food but unsure which wine is good? Check out their wine pairing recommendations on the blackboard out front. Of course ... they'll have those bottles on their menu.

Had the signature beef and fried rice, curry fish head, supreme ribs, nai bai vege and salted yolk prawns. Beef is juicy and tender. Fish head is fantastic though you hardly see any recommendations.

Incredible seafood for a place with great steak. Incredible steak for a place with great seafood. Cheap good wine. Must have: crab, salted egg squid, flower clams, STEAK.

Food is great and I would recommend friends. But huge caveat: they use MSG here. You will be very thirsty after eating here.

Overheard: "They have two dishes you must have: 1) The grilled steak along with the fried rice that they fry in the steak fat. HOLY COW! 2) The boss bee hoon."

The Kong Bak Pau I liked! Thick cuts of pork belly that has been stewed! I liked that it was not overly spiced! Try it!

Seafood is not the only thing they serve here. The non seafood dishes are awesome, especially the ribeye and lamb rack. They serve oysters too.

This dish has to be preordered as it takes 60mins to slow-cook. The taste is simple yet rich .. Even the salt used has deeper tones than normal. The taste of the egg is juxtaposed with the liver 😍

This salted egg crab is one of the better ones I've tried . Good flavor, not too salty & not oily ... Hopefully the next time will be exactly the same 👍👍👍

The salted egg crab dish is wicked. So is the sambal oyster omelet. Really like the background music choice. When I was there, it was New Orleans jazz. :))

The beef fried rice is an accompaniment to the Angus Beef Platter - it comes whether u can stomach it or not! It's fried with the beef fat and taste like claypot rice.

The name is ironic. Avoid the seafood & dive face first into the BBQ pork ribs, steak & amazing fried rice & the chicken pot pie

Parking could be a problem. Park near Block 26 and walk to the restaurant. They allow BYO as in u can bring your own wines even tho they have cellars full 😝

This is a gem in the midst of car repair shops. Their lamb is perfectly grilled and tender. Try their shovelnose ray head for something unique.
