- This is a gorgeous, boutique hotel in the heart of the Galleria area, but removed from traffic, free Wireless, free parking. And STELLAR service. They treat me like a Queen when I host events here!

Coffee/tea service is very well done.
Indigo is my new favorite brand. Carl at the Front Desk has a really bad attitude problem, but the hotel is great!

Jalene ForbisSeptember 15, 2013This is a darling hotel. I see some people think Carl is rude, he's not friendly but he wasn't unkind or rude. The only drawback is how loud the air conditioner is, other than that it's a great hotel
Awkward situation: Barman brought me beer, I gave him laundry bag with my new jeans. He thought, that it is waste and through it to garbage. Finally hotel GM promised to return money for this jeans.

Nice place. The receptionist who checked me in (Shahida [sp?] or something) was a complete bitch for no reason. Treated me as if I were interrupting here night by bothering her about checking in.
