The wonderful, friendly staff here is only one of two that remembers my usual (venti Mocha Frappuccino with two added shots of espresso and whipped cream). The drive thru line is normally long, but it moves quickly. Great option for those in a hurry!
If you actually like your Hot Chocolate to be HOT, ask them to make it 200 degrees and double-cupped!!!
Kemba KellyAugust 19, 2015. Referring to this Starbucks as quiet as a laughable lie. Not only is it not quiet the music is always overly loud and the employees are louder than the customers. Service is slow and barrista a no- Hey those who like caramel frappuccinos but can't have coffee, try the caramel cream Frappuccino.

LadyAnn GeeSeptember 16, 2017Hate to state that this is continuously a disappointing experience. They always lack certain items and present the wrong order. Customer service is poor and extremely slow if store slightly full.
The Drive-Thru moves fairly quickly. Passbook scanner works here, too!!
