The rooftop alone is worth getting an apartment here. Giant chess set and a breathtaking view of Seattle. The apartments themselves are roomy and make you feel at home.

Cheeky Cafe on the corner is delish! Stop by and try their spicy Mac n Cheese or oxtail soup...mmmmm!

Check out these amazing brand new apartments - great views, brand new high-end finishes and really nice amenities... all for really reasonable prices.

Tip......check in here! Visit the rooftop! Sunbathe......stop by the leasing office have a cold drink and warm fresh baked cookies!
