- N MNovember 12, 2012The showers are often busy at peak times and you may have to queue, so make sure you check in at the shower reception as soon as you arrive and then grab some breakfast / coffee while you wait.
- Greg StarkApril 16, 2014The previous tip that said to head straight for the showers is wrong wrong wrong. Head straight for the elemis spa to book a treatment, then go to the showers and have breakfast.
- M WOctober 26, 2015Concorde breakfast room offers a secluded place to eat if in first class. The food and drink on offer is practically the same as the rest of the lounge so doesn't offer a huge advantage.
- If you get to the longest between 7 and 9 and want a shower, be prepared to wait up to 20 minutes. It's a popular place and for a good reason, ideal place for a shower before heading into the office.
- Cynthia DrescherOctober 2, 2013English breakfast available, of course. And the Concorde Breakfast Room for First Class.
- Jeffrey-Ryan B.October 28, 2014This lounge is accessible by passengers ticketed in First Class on overnight flights arriving in the morning and offers showers and breakfast to start your day in London xx
- Drew McLellanAugust 8, 2016Probably one of the more basic lounges you'll visit on your journey, but the showers are very welcome after a redeye.
- Nothing like a shower and a nice English breakfast when arriving from a long haul flight. Good food and excellent service
- julia bNovember 5, 2013Showers: fantastic. Spa treatments with Samrah: out of this world. Crappy motel-style hairdryers: less so.
- Rony ChammasDecember 21, 2011Head to the private bathroom for a quick shower. There are 8 shower heads! The soaps and shampoo are also nice
- David QFebruary 27, 2010An excellent breakfast to be had here, but you can't come in unless you are flying long haul. You'll also need to have flown Club/First or be a BA Gold card holder (infuriatingly no guests allowed)
- M DApril 22, 2015It went downhill with the new catering contract. Food quality and variety have been greatly impacted. 😞
- Jeffrey-Ryan B.October 28, 2014Make sure you take the time to access this lounge anytime that you get access to it, your bags will take at least sixty minutes to be able to be claimed so relax and enjoy it xx
- SanDee PriserMay 29, 2012You'll likely only be disappointed in the lounge if you like a mimosa (no alcohol).
- Seems odd to close at 2, with *scheduled* trans-Atlantic arrivals still coming in?
