The functional training classes rock - I especially like Chad and Jeremy. Also, try Michael's hot yoga class on Thursday nights.
Yoga here is much more exercise focused than other studios. Try Stacy's classes if you need some spiritual enlightenment.

Take Jeff Melvin's group fitness class Monday morning at 6:15 AM Wednesday morning 10 AM Thursday morning 6:15 AM Thursday night 6 PM Friday 12:15 PM get there.
Fantastic spot to work out at. Chad on Monday and Wed..Jeremy on Thurs are the classes to take.

Love Michael's class! Try Thursday's "Hot Vinyasa". You will feel amazing!!
