Lots of people but the wait is never long. No need to come early but make sure you come before 2pm. They lock the doors. Service is very efficient and fast if somewhat abrupt. Forms updated online.

Surprised how quickly I could progress with my visa. This is way faster and smoother than getting us one. The lady was just smiling and telling me to fill out the missing fields with pretty funny Eng.

Around the February-March, a lot of Chinese pensioners will be at the consulate to be interviewed so that they can continue to receive benefits. It will be packed. Go early. Read the parking signs.

Don't have time? Go down the hall, add an extra $30 to the application and skip the line! Add $20 and you'll get it with FedEx at your house. #RipCity

Not because you can process the paper works=you are qualified to work at Chinese Embassy. Ladies who work here, Stop being rude and impatient. You represent China. It hurts to type this as a Chinese.
