    Although they tell u, all the info is available online- it's not enuff. Make sure u set aside a day to ask questions and get ur paperwork ready.

    They upgraded this place since my last visit, new seating, a/c working. Last time they didn't accept a $100 bill so I had to go to the bank to get change. http://nynotaryforyou.com #nynotaryforyou

    The land where 3 out of the 8 stations are staffed and approaching the glass to ask questions is "not allowed". Actually worse than I had expected.. This is a consulate??

    Come early and take a token first. U need to waste a whole day to drop off and pickup stuff.

    Make sure you set aside 2 hours to achieve any task. Ask questions, passport drop off or pick up.

    Terrible customer service. No one gives a straight answer, questions are evaded. Terribly understaffed. Prepare to wait the whole day.
