- John WDecember 4, 2011This expansive stop usually goes empty unless there's a game on at Citi Field or the USTA. And a nice surprise, this chilly winter, there's a lonely but welcome active heat lamp on flushing-bound side
- The stop for CitiField. If you wait till the end of the game, there is usually a Express 7 train back to Times Square.
- In the morning, some Flushing-bound trains terminate on the center track and either return to Manhattan (via local) or go out of service and return to the storage yard. Listen to announcements.
- Following major events at Citi Field and the USTA National Tennis Center, special Super-Express <7> trains board on the center track. These trains will not start running until AFTER the event ends.
- In the evening rush hour, some Flushing-bound local trains terminate here. Transfer across the platform to the next arriving train for through service to Flushing - Main Street.

- When the Flushing bound train goes to the center track, it means you get off. Or otherwise you end up at Junction Boulevard or 111 Street.
