Scott HedderichMarch 12, 2013If your gate is 84. Get there early as you can. 84 has multiple chutes for planes listed as A-P, but only 6 doors to funnel people out. It's chaotic.You need to listen for your subgate & be aggressive

IAH is a dump. This is the epicenter of the dump. Talk about no frills transportation. Not modern, not clean, it's as I imagine a Greyhound bus station to look like. And why prison gray everywhere?

Worst place to be vanquished to. Too many people, too crowded, A/C can't even begin to keep up. Consequently, it smells like a dirty men's locker room in here.

Jessica StrackApril 19, 2013Don't fly United. My experience here made me appreciate delta. This terminal is disgusting, the flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours, and the plane was old and had no wi-fi.
